Know Your Cargo
MNL's export logistics services cover shipments of lighting, small household appliances, tissue paper, finished and semi-finished paper products, solar photovoltaic products and electrical equipment. Each shipment has its own requirements, which are worth discussing at the enquiry stage.
Share product and packaging details
Alongside the product name, please provide product and outer-packaging photos, package count, dimensions and weight. Mention fragile components, unusual shapes or specific handling requirements so they can be considered in the discussion.
Identify any special cargo characteristics
Please disclose batteries, liquids, magnetic components or other characteristics that may need attention. Acceptance conditions and required documents should be confirmed for the specific cargo and selected service.
Connect the shipping and receiving requirements
Let us know whether the cargo is palletised or split across shipments, and whether the receiver has appointment or unloading requirements. Clear information helps both sides discuss practical arrangements for the same shipment.
