Your Freight Quote

A quotation is useful when you understand both the amount and the services it covers. MNL welcomes questions about the scope of a quote as part of the enquiry process.

Confirm where the service starts and ends

Factory collection to a destination port is a different scope from an origin port to the consignee's address. Specify the collection point, destination and delivery arrangement so the quoted transport scope is clear.

Check included and separately quoted items

Does your enquiry include transport, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery? Which items are included, and which require separate confirmation? Where destination charges may apply, discuss who will pay them and how they will be confirmed.

Review the assumptions behind the quote

Changes to package count, weight, dimensions, shipping dates or service requirements may require a revised quotation. Check its validity period and conditions, and use the final details agreed by both sides as the basis for arrangements.

Email your cargo details and required services to sam@mnlcargo.com so we can start with a clear scope.
